The Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring competitive and breakthrough compensation programs that drive business outcomes, while remaining cost-effective and legally compliant.
This is a thought leadership role that leads efficient processes and delivers practical compensation solutions to support recruiting, retention, and development of top talent. The role requires strong awareness of evolving talent marketplace trends and compensation best practices.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and monitor competitive and innovative compensation programs
Ensure compensation programs drive business outcomes while maintaining cost effectiveness
Maintain legal compliance with all relevant government regulations
Lead efficient compensation processes and provide practical solutions
Support recruiting, retention, and talent development strategies through compensation design
Analyze and measure compensation-related metrics
Provide strong presentation and communication support to stakeholders
Leverage technology and systems effectively to support compensation operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience measuring and analyzing compensation-related metrics
Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant government regulations
Strong presentation skills
Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field
Professional certification related to compensation (e.g., CCP)
3 years of experience in Global HR
