Role Responsibilities Saturday availability is required; enjoy a weekday off each week. Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming customers and setting the tone for a premium showroom experience Guide customers through the warehouse layout and procedures for selecting stone Monitor and maintain a safe environment for customers while they are viewing materials Determine the customer’s project needs and direct them to the appropriate resources Aid with picking out material for projects, demonstrating product knowledge Answer questions relating to all materials available Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of natural stone and related premium, exclusive hard-surface products Deliver outstanding customer service in person and via phone communications Support the achievement of individual and team sales goals Ensure organization and cleanliness in sho and sample rooms Assist the outside sales teams as needed, including providing photos and product-related support. Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in the stone, construction, or design industry is a plus
