Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly pay (DOE) 401(k) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO, Sick Time, Vacation, Paid Holidays & Your Birthday Off Stable Employer: Decades of steady growth with a strong backlog Consistent Day Shift: Typical hours 7:00am–3:30pm (shop 5:00am–5:30pm) Job Details Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards You should have most of the following: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machinery Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs Experience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferred Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy Interested in hearing more?
