Now Hiring: Order Picker – $21.77/hour to Start Location: Kearney, NE Pay: $21.77/hour to start + Pay Increases Every 3 Months Up to 12 Months After Being Hired on Permanently! Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM (Hours may vary, up to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends required) Type: Temp-to-Hire Are you ready to step up to the challenge and take your career to new heights? Join our client's team as an Order Picker where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products get to where they need to go. With regular pay increases and long-term growth potential, this is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do: Accurately pick orders according to bay locations ensuring the correct quantity and type of product

Utilize pick labels, pick sheets and voice picking equipment to fulfill customer orders

Replenish inventory in bay locations and assist with physical inventory counts

Operate electric or manual pallet jacks, RF terminals and radios

Ensure quality control by inspecting cases for damage or defects

Assist with loading/unloading containers and maintaining a safe work environment

Keep your work area neat, clean and organized

Work with a team to meet established production standards and complete necessary paperwork

What We're Looking For: 10th grade education

Minimum 3 months of experience in a warehouse environment or operating a forklift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials safely

Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders when needed

Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety

Flexibility to work occasional weekends and potential schedule changes

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
