Pharmacy Manager

A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join their growing specialty pharmacy as their new Pharmacy Manager.

8:30am to 5pm Responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy operations Ensure safe and compliant medication practices Support patient care within our specialty pharmacy environment Work closely with Intake, Referral Services, Nursing/Clinical teams, Reimbursement, and Pharmacy Operations Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar Pharmacy settings Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy MA Pharmacist License Strong understanding of specialty therapies and patient qualification processes Experience supervising or working closely with pharmacy technicians 3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar pharmacy settings Experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Payer requirements, and Clinical Coordination Desired Skills: CT Pharmacist License
