About the Role: - - As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of large and high profile commercial real estate properties for clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. - - What Youll Do: - - Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base. Provide tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values. Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
