PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon to join PeaceHealth's growing surgical program at St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. Centered on three rivers and the I-5 corridor, you are a short jaunt away from the Portland Metro area, driving distance from the beach, and just minutes from scenic Pacific Northwest nature. Join an established, growing surgical program with 2 full-time General and ACS Surgeon and a Trauma/ACS Surgeon plus two per diem Surgeons and 2 full-time, experienced surgical PAs. ~5 ORs staffed on a regular basis with excellent anesthesia coverage through our large, employed team. ~ 12-hour shifts. ~ Epic EMR. ~ Hospital Highlights: John Medical Center is a 346-bed hospital with Level III trauma center Recognized with a Beacon Award for critical care outcomes Over 250 active medical providers with most specialty services provided locally to more than 180,000 patients per year The catchment area for this community is over 120,000 Our Providers are deeply integrated with the community and have a have a strong desire to care for their neighbors.
