We operate a high-volume, multi-venue seasonal hospitality business with nine food venues and a rapidly growing guest base. As we enter our next phase of scale, we are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Operations to build infrastructure, drive financial discipline, and elevate execution across all venues.This is not a shift management role.

This is a leadership position responsible for financial performance, operational systems, and peak-season execution. Key Responsibilities

Own labor, cost of goods, and overall departmental profitability Develop scalable SOPs across multiple venues Build and manage a structured staffing model tied to demand Optimize menu engineering and throughput during high-volume periods Lead assistant managers and seasonal leadership teams Ensure operational stability during peak weekends Prepare and execute full pre-season launch plan Seasonal Expectations Summer Season (May–Sept): Open 7 days/week Fall Season (Sept–Oct): Open Wed–Sun Peak season requires strong weekend presence and averages 50–60 hours per week during high-volume periods. The off-season allows for strategic planning and schedule flexibility. This is a year-round salaried leadership role. Ideal Candidate
