Generally Day Hours Monday-Friday/some flexibility required based on the needs of the individuals. This commitment is not just a policy, it's the way we work. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field. One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in the area of intervention and support. Must complete ongoing inservice training as mandated.
