Group Facilitator- Behavioral Health Job Ref: 33999 Category: Behavioral & Mental Health Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: North 5 (Psych) Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Day/Eve shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, 6pm-9pm Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and in partnership with the Group Program Coordinator, the Group Facilitator is responsible for the provision of therapeutic groups and activities to patients on the inpatient behavioral health unit that are trauma-informed, patient-centered and of the highest quality. Minimum Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, counseling, psychology, occupational therapy or related field preferred. Experience Previous group facilitation experience preferred. Prior experience preferred working with the behavioral health population required, preferably in an inpatient setting. Licensure and/or Certification BLS healthcare provider required. CPI certification required within 30 days of hire. Skills Group and individual assessment skills. Communication skills. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $23 - $25 Hourly
