Adecco is seeking a Radiation Therapist - Palo Alto, CAAdecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver precise, compassionate care in a high-acuity oncology setting. This role requires expertise with TrueBeam systems and flexibility to float across multiple facilities (Pleasanton, Palo Alto, and South Bay).CompensationPay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $84 and $95Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver radiation therapy and perform patient simulations according to prescribed treatment plansExplain procedures and reinforce patient education; respond to patient concerns and monitor reactionsEnsure treatment accuracy and safety; document all treatments thoroughlyPerform equipment checks, calibration, and quality assuranceAssist with dosimetry procedures and tumor localization as neededCollaborate with physicians, coders, and supportive care staff for accurate billing and care deliveryMentor and support other Radiation Therapists and support staffQualificationsLicenses/Certifications:BLS - Basic Life SupportARRT-RTT - Registered Technologist, Radiation TherapyCRT-TProficiency in TrueBeam systemsKnowledge of radiation therapy principles, imaging, simulation, and patient positioningStrong clinical reasoning, patient safety awareness, and quality control skillsAbility to float across multiple facilitiesEducationQualification requirements met by licensure/certificationBenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
