Walk into an existing patient panel supporting adults with preventative and chronic care management. Perform assessments and treatments, including physician examinations, administering medications as prescribed and offering coaching and education. Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday, and 1/2 day Friday). No weekends. No call requirement. Athena EMR.
