We’re expanding our Residential Roofing division and seeking a

Roofing Field Supervisor/Service Foreman

to lead daily repair and diagnostic projects. This role is based in the Goshen, IN location - about 40 minutes from South Bend, IN.

You’ll handle 1–2 service jobs per day, supervise a small crew, troubleshoot issues on-site, and deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience.

You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, receive strong internal support, and participate in weekly training to grow your skills. This role is perfect for someone who’s independent, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

$35 - $45 hourly Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low‑slope roofs Diagnose leaks and perform hands‑on repairs Explain issues and solutions to homeowners Document work using Zuper Guide and train 1–2 team members

What You’ll Experience Variety in daily work and real problem‑solving Independence with strong team support Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities (Senior Service Foreman - Field Manager - Production Manager) Qualifications:

4+ years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low‑slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus! Strong diagnostics and repair skills Professional communication with homeowners Ability to lead a small crew and work independently Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights Valid IN or MI driver’s license
