GGG seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. This position will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.

This entry-level hybrid role is currently based in Paramus, NJ. Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.

Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements.

Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains.

Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus.

0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $80,000 annually; Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
