Role Summary EAE USA is seeking a hands-on

Production Supervisor – 1st Shift

to lead daily manufacturing operations at our growing Adairsville facility. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who thrives in a daytime, fast-paced production environment and can effectively supervise teams while driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The Production Supervisor will oversee first-shift assembly operations for our proprietary busway systems and tap-off boxes, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining EAE USA's high standards for safety and workmanship. Adairsville, GA Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Floor Supervision & Execution (70%)

1st Shift Production Oversight: Supervise production technicians and assembly leads during first-shift operations to ensure daily schedules, staffing plans, and production targets are met. Safety Leadership: Lead daily safety talks, enforce safety procedures, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EAE USA safety standards throughout the shift. Quality & Workmanship: Monitor assembly processes and finished product quality; address issues in real time and coordinate with Quality for corrective actions. Lean & Process Discipline: Ensure adherence to standardized work, 5S, and Lean practices to maintain an efficient and organized shop floor. Labor & Equipment Coordination: Assign daily work, balance labor across workstations, and coordinate with maintenance to address equipment or tooling issues promptly.

Team Leadership & Development (20%) Training & Onboarding: Train new hires and cross-train existing employees on first-shift processes, safety expectations, and quality standards. Performance Coaching: Provide daily feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance to support productivity and skill development. Shift Communication: Conduct start-of-shift huddles and end-of-shift handoffs to communicate priorities, performance, and issues. Employee Engagement: Promote accountability, teamwork, and positive morale during first-shift operations.

Operational Support & Coordination (10%) Daily Reporting: Complete first-shift production, safety, and quality reports; communicate results and concerns to management. Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Scheduling teams to support production flow and address constraints. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate production risks, delays, or safety concerns with clear, timely information.

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience 3–5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Lead, preferably on a day shift. Experience supervising assembly teams in electrical, electromechanical, panel, or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of safety enforcement, quality standards, and daily production control. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Comfortable using production tracking tools and ERP/MRP systems.

Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred. OSHA training or hands-on experience enforcing industrial safety standards required.
