Full-time primary care physician (IM/FM)

Bay Area.

This is a

community-based outpatient practice

with strong clinical support and a sustainable schedule:

32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week Average 18–20 patients per day Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule Light shared call (telephone only, RN triaged)

The clinic is a

physician-led, multispecialty group

with onsite radiology, clinical pharmacist support, and EPIC EMR. Providers work closely, while maintaining a true primary care focus.

Compensation highlights include: 2-year base salary guarantee of $310,000 Signing bonus and relocation assistance Primary Care Forgivable Loan Program up to $200,000 Comprehensive benefits, retirement contributions, and CME support.
