Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals Review plans, specifications, and project documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Perform quantity take-offs Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients

Qualifications:

Prior construction estimating experience required Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills
