Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract position within a school setting located in Ypsilanti, MI. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with K-12 students, providing essential speech and language therapy services. Key Qualifications:

* Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan (SLP) * Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but entry-level SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are also encouraged to apply * Experience working in school settings * Ability to work on-site; candidates open to local travel are welcome * Strong caseload management skills, working with a diverse student population from kindergarten through twelfth grade

Responsibilities:

* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech and language disorders * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success * Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress * Participate in school meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Ensure on-site presence during scheduled school hours

Location and Schedule:

* Position based in Ypsilanti, MI * Full-time at 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates will also be considered * Contract position starting ASAP through June 5, 2026
