Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care. Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given. Associates Degree in Nursing, Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Preferred Current RN to practice in the state of (KY) Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
