About Stagen Leadership Academy
Stagen Leadership Academy is an executive leadership organization based out of Dallas, Texas. Established in 1999, Stagen partners with business owners to unlock financial performance, strengthen culture, drive execution, and accelerate innovation. We specialize in delivering high-accountability programs for leaders serious about changing themselves and their organizations.
Program Overview
The Discovering Leaders Program is a comprehensive internship experience designed to develop future leaders by teaching Stagen practices, modeling exemplary business acumen, and providing meaningful exposure to organizational operations. This generalist-based program allows interns to gain broad exposure across multiple departments while delivering tangible value through specific project work.
Interns will partner with Stagen leadership across Marketing, Business Development, Account Services, Intervention Design, Faculty Development and Operations, and Conference Services departments. Throughout the program, each intern will have an assigned mentor from our leadership team and participate in structured development sessions focused on both business acumen and Stagen's unique approach to leadership.

6-week Program
Dates:
June 1 – July 9, 2026 (Rotation A)
or
June 22 – July 31, 2026 (Rotation B)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-4:00pm (24 hours per week)
Compensation:
$18/hour
Location:
Stagen Dallas office (in-person)
Core Responsibilities & Project Areas
Interns will support high-priority initiatives across the organization through hands-on project work:
Marketing & Business Development:
Support our Partner Summit through social media and email marketing, event design, registration tracking, detailed campaign reporting, and data integrity management in Salesforce. This includes data segmentation and analysis, campaign creation, and dashboard tracking
Conference Services:
Support the execution of client programs and events. Support with program observation time and learn our facilitation methodology
Account Services:
Build program materials, support Dropbox clean-up and reconfiguration, video editing, data migration projects, and documentation in our Minerva system
Intervention Design:
Support data clean-up projects, contractor data auditing, content library organization, e-journal production, teleclass editing, deck work and design projects
Faculty Development & Operations:
Assist with coaching certification organization and ILP slide development, DSO standardization, and AI prompt building for departmental applications
Development & Learning Opportunities
The program features a structured development week that combines business acumen training with Stagen's core leadership content:
Business Skills:
Outlook and communication best practices, effective meeting facilitation, professionalism and corporate etiquette
Stagen Content:
Attention Management, Drama Triangle, Telling Ourselves Stories, Effective check-ins, Feedback methods
Group Project:
Apply Stagen methodologies in a collaborative learning experience
Program Observation:
Opportunity to observe live Stagen programs and workshops
Mentorship & Management Structure
Each intern will receive comprehensive support throughout the program:
One-on-one mentoring
Weekly check-ins with program coordinator
Scheduled midpoint performance review

Capstone Presentation Experience:
Present to Leadership Team and Executive Team on final day
Interview Practice:
Professional interview experience through application process and structured exit interview
