Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Perform routine health assessments and monitor resident conditions Document care and updates accurately in the EMR system Assist with ADLs and collaborate with the care team Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols Respond to urgent medical needs and provide basic life support Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
