Customer Service Specialist I (In‑Office – Maitland, FL) -Must be bilingual in Spanish

Start Date: March 16, 2026 | Pay: $20.50/hr ($21.50/hr bilingual Spanish)

100% In-Office | Call Center Environment - bilingual (Spanish)

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat Answer questions, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues Document interactions and follow established procedures Assist customers with online account access and system navigation Meet quality and performance goals in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

1+ year call center or office customer service experience Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a structured call center setting Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and general PC navigation High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism Bonus:

Bilingual English/Spanish, insurance/workers’ comp knowledge, experience with cloud-based ACD/CRM or Five9
