Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred) 3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering or material simulation within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PFEP (Plan for Every Part), and material flow optimization.. Experience with automation technologies (AMRs, AGVs, robotics integration)

Nice to Have: Proficiency in simulation tools such as Siemens Plant Simulation, FlexSim, AutoMod, AnyLogic, or similar.
