Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Helena, MT Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Helena, MT to hire a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Assistant to support safe patient transport and assist technologists with imaging procedures. This role ensures patients are moved safely, equipment is maintained, and operational flow is optimized for quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Transport patients safely using wheelchairs or gurneys, following proper procedures Assist technologists with patient transfers, imaging procedures, and room/equipment setup Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, patient care areas, and supply inventory Observe and report patient condition changes to technologists or nursing staff Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients and staff Support MRI and other imaging procedures under technologist direction Perform other duties as assigned, including checking equipment and assisting with patient care Qualifications: High school diploma, HiSET, or GED preferred Current BLS certification required Strong knowledge of safe patient handling and ergonomic equipment use Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and adapt to a changing environment MRI Safety training required within 3 months of hire PandoLogic.
