Key Responsibilities & Duties: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients and prospects Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer details Enter and verify data in internal systems with precision Use Excel to track metrics and generate reports Collaborate with team to meet call targets Identify call data trends and communicate insights Ensure compliance with company policies and privacy standards Provide general administrative support as needed Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience in outbound calling or call center operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal communication and listening skills High accuracy in data entry and documentation Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable with CRM systems and call-tracking tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in appointment setting or lead generation Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Familiarity with workflow tools or call automation platforms Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the
