Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree. Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice Experience: Completed PGY-1 or 4 years hospital pharmacy experience in specialty area Certifications: Eligible for Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification (preferred in area of specialty practice) Other: Preferred Education: Preferred Licensure: Preferred Experience: Four or more years clinical experience and a PGY -2 residency is preferred.
