Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse

assigned to the Med/Surg Unit at Jacobi Medical Center. The RN will provide direct patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, support the orientation of new hires, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Requirements Licensure:

Active New York State RN License – Required

Experience: Minimum 2 years IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience – Required

Minimum 2 years Conscious Sedation experience – Required

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program – Required

Certifications BLS (AHA)

– Required

ACLS (AHA)

– Required for Queens facilities
