ATCA is seeking a forward-thinking Cognitive Care Innovation Advisor to join its Medical Advisory Board and help shape the evolution of a next-generation model for cognitive and brain health care. This role is designed for senior healthcare leaders, clinicians, researchers, or innovators who have experience advancing new approaches to cognitive care, neurological health, or patient-centered innovation. As a Cognitive Care Innovation Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA evolves its treatment model beyond traditional paradigms by integrating emerging science, novel care approaches, and innovation-driven thinking into scalable clinical practice. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical teams, research collaborators, and technology partners to refine how cognitive care is designed, delivered, and continuously improved across a growing national clinic network.

Responsibilities Include Cognitive Care Innovation Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on advancing innovative approaches to cognitive assessment, treatment pathways, and patient engagement. Care Model Evolution: Advise on how new research, therapies, behavioral interventions, and care methodologies can be integrated into ATCA’s precision medicine framework. Patient-Centered Innovation: Support the development of care models that improve patient experience, adherence, and long-term cognitive outcomes. Precision Medicine Integration: Guide how data-driven insights, biomarkers, AI tools, and longitudinal monitoring can support innovation in cognitive care delivery. Quality & Outcomes Focus: Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to assess the effectiveness of new care approaches and support continuous improvement. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, scientists, technologists, and executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with real-world clinical delivery. Future-State Planning: Provide insight into emerging trends in cognitive health, brain science, and care innovation that may inform ATCA’s long-term roadmap.
