What You’ll Do: You will own all of your cases, guiding cases through prelitigation to litigation, trial and settlement Draft and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and key legal documents Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests Stay organized and maintain case files with precision Handle state and federal e-filing seamlessly Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward

What We’re Looking For: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal Bachelor’s or Associates in Paralegal Studies (or Paralegal Certificate) is preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high intensity environment Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with ease
