Position Description
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified Physician to join our PrimeCare team to help build and grow a new practice that will be located in Northern Onondaga County. The candidate will work in a family medicine practice that delivers comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting scheduled for opening in Winter 2026. The incoming physician will assess, diagnose and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocol and will be responsible for obtaining complete medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests and making referrals for specialty consultations and care. The physician will spend time in a clinic setting seeing new and established patients with the support of administration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years-experience working in an outpatient Primary Care setting and supervising advanced practice clinicians.
Compensation and Benefits
Highly competitive salary (base salary of $250 - $275k)
Sign-on bonus, reimbursement for relocation and student loans (if applicable)
