SOUND Behavioral Health is growing and welcoming a NetSuite Functional Analyst to our team in Tukwila, WA! SOUND is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations.

The NetSuite Functional Analyst supports a NetSuite ERP and FreshService environment in a behavioral health care setting. Additionally, the analyst will support the peripheral applications associated with the NetSuite environment, including but not limited to Squareworks (Charted), Amazon Business, NSBP, and Stripe.

This role will support exploration and implementation of new functionality, or under-utilized functionality, and provide a first line of troubleshooting prior to opening a ticket with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support. In addition, this position will support the FreshService application environment, and may support other applications as needed/appropriate.

Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Location: In office at our Tukwila office (6400 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188). In-person collaboration is an important function of this role, and remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Netsuite (including NSPB) Functional Support Suite Scripts / Workflows (Approval Workflows, etc.) Saved Search / Report development (including functional parameters) Report distribution Forms – creation, updates, deployment Analytics Datasets and Workbooks development General Netsuite System Support Assist users in dashboard setup and home screen customization. Identify and support transition to best methods for importing external data into NetSuite. Support exploration and implementation of new functionality (i.e., expense reimbursement solution). Research and explore functionality and features currently not in use or under-utilized. Recommend alternatives for manual and Excel-based processes. NetSuite Role Management Role configuration to align with function, including supporting monitoring segregation of duties. Adjust roles as necessary to best support the position and its function, following the “least necessary” access rule. Basic NetSuite Administrative Functions New release evaluation and deployment Sandbox refresh Error decoding, correction, and/or support Support implementation of 3rd party integrations Support system security monitoring and audits FreshService and other application support System User Use Case Development Assistance Application Support, Ticket Handling / Error Correction Report Development and Deployment System Utilization Support

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs. Document functional and technical requirements for potential NetSuite enhancements. System Configuration & Optimization Customize NetSuite modules (e.g., CRM, Financials, Inventory) to align with business processes. Recommend and implement system improvements to increase efficiency. Track and report on the efficacy of continuous improvement efforts. Training & Documentation Create or support creation of user guides and training materials. Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions to support users. Serves as teacher, mentor, and coach for ongoing system utilization. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Translate complex system capabilities into understandable business terms. Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS:

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of three years of experience as a NetSuite (Social Impact) analyst Desired experience with FreshService NetSuite Certification preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Strong knowledge base and proven experience in Information Technology. Knowledge of NSPB and Squareworks (Charted) is highly desirable. Knowledge of NSPB coding preferred. Customer service/interaction experience required. Experience in a health care setting is desirable but not required. Experience in Non-Profit is desirable but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage team members over the phone, during virtual calls, and in person by voice. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. Compensation range: $83,200.00-$104,000.00 per year.
