Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership to ensure timely execution
Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
Provide accurate project reporting and forecasting to leadership

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
