Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

IT Project/Program Manager

to support large-scale initiatives within Caterpillar’s Digital organization—specifically focused on the

OnHighway

and

Full Fleet

programs. This role requires consistent alignment with U.S.-based teams to maintain program momentum, resolve issues, and drive cross-functional decisions.

Key Technical Skills (Highly Desired) Background in

software development AWS

experience or certification Exposure to

data design, extraction, big data transformation Proficiency with

JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence Advanced

Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Knowledge of

Power BI Certifications preferred:

Core Responsibilities Lead large, complex digital projects/programs from planning through execution Manage program dependencies, risks, communications, and reporting Coordinate daily with U.S.-based Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership groups Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and maintain program velocity
