03/23/2026 Job Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will provide care in a mixed 39-bed unit, handling complex ICU patients including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases. Responsibilities include managing patients with ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, and others under various patient ratios depending on acuity. Responsibilities: Manage ICU patients with a range of diagnoses including ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, and trauma Administer and manage IV medications, hemodynamic lines, and perform ventilator management Requirements: At least 1.5 to 2 years of ICU experience excluding travel; one prior travel assignment required BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications; South Dakota RN license Familiarity with Epic charting, and ability to work a 48-hour week is mandatory
