Finance Attorney

DEBT FINANCE ATTORNEY An AmLaw 100 is seeking an associate to join its Debt Finance practice in its Washington, D.C. or Reston, VA office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors and knowledge of secured lending transactions. Why this role?
