Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist with overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction, and maintaining standards for food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include managing team schedules, supporting the hiring and training of staff, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with the management team to meet financial goals and improve operational efficiency is also part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills and experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Familiarity with hiring processes and team management
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus
