The *LECOM Institute for Successful Living* is seeking compassionate and dedicated *Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* to join our skilled nursing teams at one or more of our long-term care facilities in *Erie, Pennsylvania*.

*Position Summary*

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN plays a vital role in ensuring residents medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Monitor residents conditions and report changes to appropriate clinical staff * Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record * Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care * Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations * Promote a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

*Qualifications*

* Current *Pennsylvania LPN license* in good standing * Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) * Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team * Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
