Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

to join its team in Irvine. This is a fully onsite role offering the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload, advocate for injured clients, and drive favorable settlements prior to litigation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about achieving strong outcomes through strategic negotiation and case development.

Key Responsibilities Manage a pre-litigation caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement Conduct liability analysis and damages assessment Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages Advise clients regarding case strategy, medical treatment, and claim progress Evaluate policy limits, coverage issues, and third-party claims Collaborate with litigation attorneys when matters require escalation

Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar 2+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation (preferred) Strong negotiation and settlement skills Experience handling high-volume caseloads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused mindset with strong organizational abilities

Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $150,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
