Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist located in Clinton Township, MI. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescribed medications, providing medication counseling to patients, monitoring drug therapies for effectiveness and safety, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, verifying prescriptions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and addressing patient inquiries to optimize overall health outcomes. - We are open 9-9 Mon-Fri - Open Saturday and Sunday 10-6 Every other weekend shift Mondays 9-9 Thursday every other week 9-9

Qualifications

Current and valid pharmacist license in Michigan Experience in medication dispensing, prescription verification, and inventory management Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosing, and pharmacy regulations Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills Proficiency in using pharmacy-related software systems is a plus Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred
