Company Description A Center for Healing is a well established virtual practice offering psychotherapy services to New Jersey and New York residents. We are growing and expanding our services to include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We are looking for clinicians who have experience with adults, children, and adolescence. We have a steady stream of referrals. The therapists at A Center for Healing have the opportunity to work in an environment that is fun, professional, positive, and supports the unique needs of each clinician. We are looking for clinicians who have experience in evidence based-practices such as CBT, DBT, SE, and/or IFS, but other evidence based practices are welcomed! Role Description The Psychotherapist will provide individual, group, and or relationship counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining thorough and confidential client records are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based interventions and psychotherapy in each session. Attend periodic supervision appointments (flexible schedule). Document history, assessments, treatment plans, intake assessments, and interventions to reflect comprehensive, and integrative approach to patient care. Ensures complete and timely documentation in the electronic medical record for all patients. Attends team meetings and or case conferences (flexible schedule).
