We are currently seeking to hire a Field Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Additional Requirements:
This position may require occasional travel outside of Houston to surrounding cities to support sales operations and team performance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle. A company card will be provided for approved business-related expenses, such as fuel and other work-related costs only. The Sales Manager is expected to travel as needed to identify opportunities, support the sales team in the field, and contribute to overall company growth
Responsibilities:
* Manage, train, and support the residential sales team to ensure strong performance and accountability
* Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
* Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
* Report on team and individual performance
* Actively work in the field by identifying storm-damaged areas and door knocking potential neighborhoods ahead of the sales team
* Lead from the front by consistently being in the field alongside sales representatives
* Conduct weekly sales meetings to provide encouragement
* Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and account status
Qualifications:
* Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field experience
* Experience as a supervisor or manager
* Familiarity with CRM platforms
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Goal-oriented with a focus on revenue growth
