03/02/2026 Job Description: This position requires charge experience in a Labor and Delivery setting, including labor and recovery of the mother, and transition of the newborn. Duties include daily and safety rounding on all patients. Responsibilities: Labor and recover the mother. Receive and transition the newborn, including assessment. Manage shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies. Administer fetal monitoring and manage inducing agents like Pitocin and Cervidil. Perform C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries. Requirements: Labor and delivery experience. Charge nurse experience. Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring training.
