Electrical Superintendent

A leading electrical contractor is looking to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent to support a long-term commercial/industrial project in either the DFW area or Pampa, TX. This is a 2-3 year project, and the role is open to local candidates or traveling superintendents. What Your Role Will Look Like Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilization through project completion Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and manage manpower plans, material forecasts, and daily production goals Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, project drawings, and safety standards Partner with Project Managers to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies Track project progress, approve timecards, and assist with change order documentation Coordinate with other trades and act as the primary electrical field leader on site Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and timeline What You Need 5+ years of electrical construction experience in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role Active Journeyman Electrician license (Master Electrician preferred) Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial/industrial electrical systems Experience managing large crews and multi-phase projects Ability to manage manpower scheduling and material coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel or relocate for the duration of a 2-3 year project Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Per diem and travel support for qualified travelers Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Long-term project stability (2-3 year project duration) Opportunity to work on a major commercial/industrial build with a respected contractor #ihirepro Employment Type: Full Time
