Food and Beverage Supervisor

Directly assists F&B management team in directing and coordinating food service facilities, acts as MOD (Manager on Duty,) as needed, and provides clerical and administrative support to the Food and Beverage Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist Food & Beverage Management in implementing established procedures for the Food & Beverage Department. Administer the Food & Beverage policies and procedures in all food and beverage outlets. Train and evaluate food and beverage personnel. Supervise and coordinate activities of all Food & Beverage employees engaged in providing meals and/or beverages to patrons and employees. Compile, adjust and post personnel shift schedules weekly and as needed. ADDITIONAL DUTIES - Ensure accurate record keeping. Prepare, review, and analyze reports, as assigned by Food and Beverage Management. Ability to be a working supervisor to perform as Food and Beverage Server, bartender, and/or Cashier as needed.
