Patients per day: 12 average ·

Practice Setting: Clinic ·

State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). #DOX Facility Location Situated just opposite Benicia in the San Francisco Bay Area, Martinez is known for its beautiful architecture and scenic streets. Compensation Information: $72.75 / Hourly - $78.75 / Hourly
