Electromechanical Technician - Mechanical Testing

PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff) Mechanical systems (bearing, alignment, chains, belts) Preventive & predictive maintenance on production machinery The following lists the job tasks and responsibilities that the Maintenance Technician will be performing: Works safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. Reading blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematic and hydraulic drawings to determine work requirements Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions Adjust machinery and troubleshoot defective parts Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and forklifts, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance/preventative work on machinery Other job tasks and projects as assigned All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
