Senior Litigation Paralegal

Medium-sized, North Dallas law firm is looking to fill a full-time BILINGUAL Litigation Paralegal position. The Paralegal should have at least 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or personal injury. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The paralegal will be expected to handle their own docket of cases, including working up the case, and preparing the case to go to trial in the event the case is not resolved. Qualified applicants should have litigation experience in Insurance Defense or personal injury. Responsibilities include: -Prepare and respond to written discovery requests -Order records -Medical chronologies -Witness interviews -Interact with clients, courts, opposing counsel, mediators, and experts -Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation -Trial preparation The ideal candidate must be detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills while handling a large caseload. Candidate must have knowledge of court rules and procedures and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
