National Captive & RRG Sales Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Portfolio Manager for our Captive Insurance division based out of our Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to:Manage a portfolio of key captive insurance clients, overseeing full-cycle accounting activities and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Lead, coach, and mentor an accounting team, driving their development, performance reviews, and career goal setting.
