Fredericksburg, VA | Level III NICU | Week-On/Week-Off | Home Call | Easy Access to Washington, D.Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an
experienced, board-certified Neonatologist
to join and help lead our expanding program at
Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This position offers an ideal blend of clinical leadership, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice high-quality community neonatology?Fredericksburg provides a peaceful suburban lifestyle with effortless access to the cultural, academic, and professional benefits of the nation's capital.
Dedicated in-house NNP coverage supports a comfortable home call model.
Strong Hospital Alignment:
Work within a cohesive, well-supported partnership with SRMC leadership and frontline staff.
Moonlighting opportunities are available across Virginia.
Provide collaborative care in the Level III NICU and newborn nursery
~ Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in perinatal team care
~ Mentor nursing and respiratory therapy teams as NICU volume and acuity expand
~ Help shape clinical protocols and growth strategies for a developing NICU program
~ 4.5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
