Outpatient Practice Focus:

Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a multi-specialty FQHC setting with robust on-site services, including lab, pharmacy, nutrition, behavioral health, and case management Predictable Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with optional extended hours or 4-day workweek; phone-only call is just 1:10, with no hospital responsibilities Patient-Centered Model:

See an average of 18 patients per day with strong MA support, open access scheduling, and on-site vaccination services Financial Security:

Guaranteed base salary of $235,000 with a 3-year contract, student loan forgiveness eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and negotiable signing bonus

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (MD or DO) Open to new graduates, in-practice physicians, and IMGs Passion for caring for underserved communities with a collaborative, quality-focused approach
